Operation Transformation is an Irish television show that encourages healthy living. It focuses on maintaining a healthy weight and keeping fit. As part of this initiative, Operation Transformation has launched a song which encourages children to improve their fitness through ‘stepping it up’ to a pop song. The song is sung by Fresh Ré (a youthful/young band). If the children ‘step it up’ to the song, they can reach 500 steps. So ‘Let’s step it up!
