Carlow Educate Together National School is striving to maintain and achieve a physically educated and physically active school community. With help from our teachers, students, parents and wider community we hope that over the next 2 years our school will achieve our first Active Flag. “The Active School Flag (ASF) is a Department of Education and Skills initiative supported by Healthy Ireland that is awarded to schools that strive to achieve a physically educated and physically active school community. The process aims to get more schools, more active, more”. (Active School Flag)

You can apply to Carlow Educate Together for the 2022-23 school year from October 1st 2021 at 9am.

Please note: The Admissions' Bill (2018) has changed our enrollment policy from a "first come first served" model to one where, if over-subscribed, siblings are prioritised then enrollments are accepted in order of age (oldest first.) Enrollments can also only be taken the year before the next school year. However, until 2023, the school must honour children pre-enrolled under the old system. This means there may be very few places on offer this year. However, we suggest that you do fill out this form during October to give your child(ren) the best possible chance of enrolling in our school. Offers of places in Junior Infants will begin in mid-November.
