One of the nicest parts of the week for the children in Emer B’s class is our weekly Friday Friendship. This is when we get to invite children from other classes to come and spend some time with us. We do different things, depending on what is going on each week. So far we have had a healthy picnic for Healthy Eating Week, maths games for Maths Week and stories read really beautifully by 6th class children. We have also done some puzzles, played boardgames and have played outside. We are looking forward to plenty of fun activities over the coming year. Everybody from 2nd class up will get invited up at some point, so don’t worry if you haven’t been up yet!
