As part of our Art Week we learned about the very first artists and looked at some of their cave paintings. We thought about what it might have been like to live in stone age times and what their paintings told us about their world. We learned that many of the cave paintings that have been discovered are at the back of caves in hard to reach places and that the artists would have had to lie down while painting them. We decided to crawl under our desks and have a go ourselves.
