We would be delighted to welcome your family to our school. Carlow Educate Together NS has become hugely popular with families in Carlow Town and beyond and, therefore, we are often over-subscribed for school places. This page will help you enrol your child into our school in line with the Department of Education’s Admissions Bill.

Before you enrol...

This year we are opening admissions for the 2026-27 year between 6th and 24th October.
Simply fill out the form below when it opens. As schools no longer work on a first come, first served basis, you can fill in the form any time between the above dates with an equal chance of getting a place in the school.
Please read our Admission’s Policy for more information on our criteria.
You will be notified of the decision in relation to your application from 14th November this year.
You must confirm acceptance of the offer of admission by 21st November or the offer may be withdrawn if you do not accept the offer of admission within the timeframe.
We enrol up to 50 pupils in Junior Infants each year. The special class has a maximum of 12 places and offers depend on the number of places available each year.
