Junior Infants had such a busy month this month. We read the story of The Very Hungry Caterpillar and learned how to sequence the story. Adrian brought in some caterpillars from the school garden. They are in their cocoons now and we are waiting patiently for butterflies to emerge.
We were also learning all about Autumn time- what happens to the leaves on the tree and all about the hedgehog. We enjoyed painting autumn trees and making books all about autumn. We went on a nature walk to spot the signs of autumn and we collected some acorns, conkers and leaves for our nature table.
