New Educate Together School planned for Carlow

Educate Together is holding a public meeting and pre-enrolment launch this Saturday, November 10, from 10am to 1pm at the Seven Oaks Hotel. Educate Together, the potential school’s patron will attend to give information on Educate Together schools, and to answer any questions parents may have.

Children can be pre-enroled for the new Carlow Educate Together National School planned to open in September 2008. All Educate Together schools are multi-denominational and acept children from all religious, cultural and social backgrounds. Places are offered on a first come, first serve basis.

There are forty-four Educate Together schools in Ireland which are run under the four core principals of Educate Together. These are multi-denominational, co-educational. child-centred and democratically run.
