We were bubbling with excitement this week as we blew lots and lots of bubbles! We read a science book about bubbles called “Pop” and then we made our own bubbles with wands and bubble mixture. If you blow a bubble really slowly, you can see how the air makes the soap on the wand start to stretch. Bubbles don’t pop straight away if they land on a wet surface like a bubble wand. Look: we even caught a few! We made our own bubble mixture with water and washing up liquid and blew the mixture with straws to make lots and lots of bubbles. It was really fun when we added paint to the mixture to make bubble prints. Everyone agreed that bubbles are always round and lots of fun!
