We have been talking about Autumn in Junior Infants. We went on an Autumn Trail and looked at the signs of Autumn outside.
We collected coloured leaves and investigated whether the leaves were soft or crunchy. We discovered that the soft leaves were green and yellow and the crunchy leaves were brown. We sorted the leaves into groups.
We talked about evergreen trees and deciduous trees.
Then we painted Autumn trees. Come see our lovely work- it’s displayed outside our classroom!
