Today’s assembly was a very special one where we had a special visitor to the school, Brendan Byrne. This assembly was dedicated to our anti-bullying training and workshops. Emer led our assembly and spoke to the children about the day.
Next some children read their thoughts on bullying and then 4th class led the school in a rendition of Count on Me by Bruno Mars.
We then gave our award for our Golden Book winner.
Then it was time for our students of the week.
Finally we had our Golden Rules Champions
As a special treat, we sang our school song and Sive and Sinéad accompanied the children with the fiddle and tin whistle.
