We had some special visitors in the school this morning. Fire fighters from Carlow Fire Station dropped by to talk to the children about fire safety at home and in school. They spoke to the children about the importance of being safe with matches and plugging out electric appliances when they are not in use. We even got to see a fire engine and the fire jeep.
