Parents, students and staff were out in force during the summer holidays to help raise funds for the school with a three day bag-packing event in Tesco, Carlow. Organised by Mary and Debbie, we had a super turn out from our volunteers and we have raised over €3,000 for our school. We have decided that we are going to use this money for some exciting projects this year.
Firstly, we are now going to be able to supplement the cost of a school bus to bring us to play sports in the VEC each week. We’re also going to be able to invest in some new maths equipment for the classroom. Finally, we’ve decided to buy something very special for the school to show all our achievements and news…
