Our Winter Display

On Friday the Junior Infants made a lovely Winter display in pur classroom. They stuck their photos onto pretty snowflakes. Then we painted a Winter sky and stuck on cotton wool for snow. The display really brightens up the room. Well done everyone!

Fair Trade Talk

Today we had Bríd and Bernadette from Fair Trade Carlow in to give us a talk about Fair Trade issues in the school.  We watched a presentation and got to ask loads of questions about Fair Trade.  Thanks to the Fair Trade folk for donating some chocolate and tea and coffee to the school.
