A visit from Enterprise Ireland

Simon’s class has a visit from Jackie McNab from the Carlow Enterprise Board. She talked to them about how business people invent new products and launched a product design concept competition. Hopefully we will enter some designs this week!

Luke built a cool car using Lego today.   It’s a bit of a dangerous car.  It moves very fast and is really hard to break!

Our sunflower project

We’re starting a project on plants. Part of the project will be observing the sunflowers in our school garden. Over the summer, the seeds have grown and the first sign of yellow is beginning to appear.
